Fleurieu Food Festival - Oma vs Baba
When? August 9th, 12pm
Join us for a celebration of our culinary matriarchy!
Your hosts Taryn (Hectorβs Head Chef and Owner) and Anastazija (Hectorβs Owner) will take you through a three-course interactive long lunch inspired by the generational recipes from their Oma (Germany) and Baba (Balkan).
Each course will consist of two dishes from each cuisine along with the family story from your hosts that brings that food to life. You choose your favourite!
Our wine partnership for the night is the family driven Shirvington Wines, where Mark will share the rich stories of the wine matched to that course.

Perfect little coastal foodie shack. The pippies and dumplings were both exceptional. Very tastefully decorated as well β feels like it's steeped in history. We did a photo shoot here and the owner and staff were so accommodating. Thanks for looking after us!
